1. Who is Genius Goods? We are an online company based in North Carolina that sells products not available to the public. We have more than 200 sites that feature items from Halloween masks to appliances. Our CEO, John Bottomley, started the business in 1999 as a sole proprietorship.
2. Do the products come with a warranty? Most of the products have a limited warranty. Please see the information included with the product for details.
3. How will my product be shipped? We use standard ground shipping for most of our products. Before your product is shipped you may receive a phone call from our company verifying your address and details.
4. Can I return my product? Once you purchase the product, it is yours. We do not receive a refund from the manufacturer so we can’t offer one to you.
