RETURNS & REFUNDS
As the working condition of the product is completely
covered by the warranty, we guarantee that the product
will work as described.
Any
parts damaged due to manufacturing will be replaced
or repaired.

products are adequately and accurately described in
the website, and there should never be a reason for
a return.
What
we guarantee is that your Night Vision Scope product will work,
and will take every measure to ensure that it does to
your satisfaction!
We reserve the right to send replacement
parts,
or to exchange components in lieu of a complete unit
return.
In no case will Genius Goods Inc,
the manufacturers, any subsequent warehouse or delivery
company be responsible for the shipping cost of a return.
In addition, there is
a restocking fee, usually around 15% of the items price
that covers labor, transaction fees, and other expenses.
On returns, we take losses despite this fee, so we will
do whatever is necessary to avoid them.
In no situation and under
no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees
and costs associated with a return that does not
involve product defect or damage.
