WARRANTIES
All our units covered by manufacturers warranty. Upon receipt
of the unit, save all packaging materials until the unit is tested. If
a unit is defective or damaged in shipping, you will need this packing
material to send the item back in.

Night Owl Optics :
Every Night Owl device comes with a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover exposure of the device to excessive light, which is discussed in more detail in your owner's manual.
US NightVision:
Purchasing a US NightVision product entitles you to a Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. At our discretion your equipment can be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product or parts, if any product or parts are determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Shipping & handling not included in this warranty.
Yukon Advanced Optics:
Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Night Optics USA, Inc.:
Provides a limited warranty for all night vision products effective at the time of sale for the original purchaser. The manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Subject to limitations described with each device, the manufacturer will repair or replace any product found defective during the warranty period. In general, Night Optics USA, Inc. provides one-year warranties for Gen 1+ systems and two-year warranties for all Gen 2 and Gen 3 systems. Optional extended warranties are available upon request.
SHIPPING WARRANTIES AND
LIABILITIES
Refusal - In the event
that you the buyer refuse delivery for any reason, you are to pay any
and all shipping, storage, restocking and handling fees.
Unable to complete delivery
- Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete deliveries. As it
is the responsiblity of the buyer to make themselves available for delivery
and to provide accurate delivery information, should the delivery company
be unable to complete delivery, you the buyer are responsible for any
and all costs associated with delivery and return delivery, including
shipping, storage, handling, packaging, restocking and any other fee associated
with the transmission of this product. Genius Goods Inc will incur no
expense or fees on shipping, handling, restocking, storage costs or fees
of any kind. Genius Goods liability limitation is for the cost of the
product itself only.
In addition, Genius Goods Inc
makes no guarantees on the timeliness or success of the freight carrrier.
The negotiation of delivery is solely and exclusively between the buyer
and the shipping agent, and all liability for any costs or fees fall upon
the buyer. No refunds or returns will be accepted for items that do not
"get there" in time. It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to buy their item in a timely fashion in such that it will arrive when
they want it, allowing time for both regular delivery and any possible
difficulty in delivery.
In no situation and under
no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees and costs associated
with a return that does not involve product defect or damage. Products
can be repaired or replaced depending upon the terms of product warranty
and at the discretion of the manufacturer, warehouse and/or seller. All
items returned without pre-authorization will in all cases be charged
a restocking fee and no shipping charges will be refunded. Contact Genius
